Just got back from a week in Italy working a product development project.  The work was interesting, with an awesome group of people – I learnt a lot about fresh pasta and what Italians look for in their iconic food staple.  One highlight, however was the food I ate when not in the test kitchen – don’t get me wrong – we developed some simply amazing commercial products…but here are the highlights and some pics of my daily food experiences in and around Verona.
